The Good App

Child Safety Standards

Protecting children and reporting unsafe content.

Effective September 24, 2026

Our standard

The Good App prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, and content that sexualizes or endangers a child. The prohibition applies to text, images, profiles, comments, links and any community activity.

Report a concern

Use the report flag/menu on a story, contribution or comment to report harmful content, and block an abusive user. You can also contact support@thegood-app.com with the subject Child safety and the in-app content or account reference. Do not download, attach, copy or redistribute suspected illegal imagery. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Enforcement and reporting

We restrict or remove violating content and may suspend or terminate accounts. Automated safety checks support these measures but do not guarantee that every violation is detected. We handle reports, preserve information where legally required and report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority as required by law. Appeals and urgent safety concerns can be sent to the contact below.

Safety contact and age

The child-safety point of contact is Gabriel Briceno Jesus Rojas, operator of The Good App, at support@thegood-app.com. The service is for ages 16 and older; that minimum does not reduce our child-safety obligations. Do not share a minor’s private information or location.
